The Dutchess is being crowned "Woman of the Year" by Billboard magazine.

Fergie will be given the honor on Dec. 2 at a ceremony in New York City. The only female member of the Black Eyed Peas says she's "humbled" to accept the award and called it a "great career achievement."

"True Blood" star Ryan Kwanten says he's the "go to guy" when a production calls for working with panthers though he has a healthy fear of them.

Real panthers were used in the HBO series, and Kwanten said Thursday he was supposed to work with a panther in his new Australian Western "Red Hill" until he learned the feline turned on its owner in a deadly attack.

LA Jury Reaches Verdict In Anna Nicole Smith Trial

A jury has reached a verdict in the Anna Nicole Smith drug conspiracy trial.

The jury will announce verdicts at 1:30 p.m. PDT Thursday for the former Playboy model's boyfriend and two doctors. The defendants have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy, excessive prescribing of opiates and sedatives to an addict, and fraudulently obtaining drugs by using false names.

Danno From ‘Hawaii Five-0,’ Actor James MacArthur, Dies At Age 72

Stage and screen actor James MacArthur, who played "Danno" in the original version of television's "Hawaii Five-0," died Thursday at age 72.

MacArthur's agent, Richard Lewis, said the actor died in Florida of "natural causes," but no direct cause was specified.
