Russian Kids TV > All American TV

Well if American Childrens programming was more like the Russians maybe it wouldnt have taken me till 8th grade to figure out what all the fuss was about it.  Anyway this is, Angina, a russian pop star with some great boobs and a fashion sense to boot.  And this is what I can only assume is the top rated children's program in the world.
