LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Some stars choose to keep their plastic surgery under wraps, but Jane Fonda is speaking out after having work done.

"I just had some 'work' done on my chin and neck and had the bags taken away from under my eyes," the 72-year-old star wrote on her personal blog earlier this week. "I decided to get a new haircut so people will think it's my new hair."
