Anastasia Sidiropoulou from Athens, Greece wins the title of Miss Teen World 2010 in Houston, Texas on August 13, 2010.
Miss Greece bested 23 other contestants to win Miss Teen World 2010 which was held on August 9 – 14, 2010 at Hilton Hotel, in Houston Texas, USA. Channing Smendziuk from Canada was first runner-up.
