Attorney: Wesley Snipes Not Yet In Prison

The attorney for Wesley Snipes says the actor has not yet surrendered to federal authorities to begin serving a three-year prison sentence for a tax conviction.

Attorney Daniel Meachum said in an e-mail Monday that he's focused on trying to free Snipes rather than a surrender date. Snipes has been free on bail for two years while appealing his 2008 conviction for willful failure to file income tax returns.

Teri Hatcher is still feeling "Desperate" – and that's not going to change anytime soon.

The "Desperate Housewives" beauty hit up her Facebook page on Monday to set the record straight over rumors she was quitting the hit ABC show.

"There are not enough adjectives to describe how stupid, off base, and ridiculously untrue this is.," Teri wrote of a report first published by the UK's Daily Mail on Sunday, which falsely claimed Teri had "given in her notice" to leave the show.

The man known to television fans worldwide as Dr. Jack Shephard from "Lost" is set to debut on the British stage.

Matthew Fox led a cast of marooned travelers for nearly six years on the television series "Lost" but will now lead a cast of two: He will play Bobby, a crass American carpenter in the inaugural production next year of "In a Forest, Dark and Deep" by Tony Award-nominated playwright and filmmaker Neil LaBute.

Mel Gibson is back in a Los Angeles courtroom to resume his custody fight with ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

The Academy Award winner sat quietly in a courtroom across from Grigorieva, a Russian musician, before Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon began a closed hearing on Monday.

Leo DiCaprio Safe Following Diverted Flight

Academy Award nominated actor Leonardo DiCaprio is safe following a flight scare heading from New York City to Moscow on Sunday.

In a statement issued to Access Hollywood by his rep, DiCaprio "wishes to commend the actions of the pilot and flight crew in bringing the plane to a safe landing." Us Weekly was the first to report the news that Leo was on board the flight.
