On the Feb. 16 episode of Lost, we learned that the numbers (4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42) correspond with a group of people known as "the candidates": Locke, Hurley, Sawyer, Sayid, Jack and Jin or Sun, respectively. The Man in Black says they're candidates to take over for Jacob as the protector of the island. But should we trust the Man in Black? And what does it really mean to be a candidate? LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Simon Cowell opened up about his engagement to makeup artist Mezghan Hussainy during an appearance on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on Monday night, and the "American Idol" judge also revealed he is thinking of one day becoming a father.
