After three weeks, the show's ratings are holding steady with around 12 million viewers each week. Ryan Seacrest In Talks To Launch Cable Network Posted: 08 Oct 2010 11:00 AM PDT Ryan Seacrest may soon be following in Oprah's media mogul footsteps. The "American Idol" host/reality producer/radio personality is reportedly in talks with CAA talent agency and entertainment empire AEG about launching a joint cable network, according to The Hollywood Reporter. However, unlike the queen of daytime's upcoming Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), Ryan would reportedly operate mainly as an "influential partner" for the cable network, as opposed to the face of the new channel. |
