She has been out of sight of the cameras for almost a week now - an eternity in Katie Price's world.

So when the model reappeared for a night on the town in London she did it in typically eye-catching style.

Katie wore a pair of bizarre sheer criss-cross leggings for her night with boyfriend Leandro Penna - but even her outlandish outfit couldn't distract from her very noticeable new body art.

Katie, who turned 33 last week, has finally revealed her new tattoo - a large rose, which covers up what used to be a tribute to her ex-husband Peter Andre.

All eyes were on the new etching, which Katie has resolutely kept hidden since getting the inking reworked during her holiday in Argentina earlier this month.

Katie wore a short black dress over the tights, and peep toe booties, with her hair in full, Barbie-style blonde waves.

Leandro looked smart in a suit and bright red tie as they arrived at the Cuckoo Club in London's West End.

Perhaps she was waiting until the rose tattoo was fully healed before unveiling it.
Katie has kept the new tattoo hidden beneath bandages and long sleeved jumpers since her return from Argentina.

Despite splitting from Peter Andre two years ago, it took Price until recently to finally rid herself of her ex-husband's name completely.

Just a month after their split in 2009, she had a crude cross etched over his name during her infamous post break-up holiday in Ibiza.

Then Katie was pictured getting a new inking during her trip to Argentina earlier this month.

At the time Mail Online speculated that Price might finally be getting the tribute to her ex covered up.

While Katie left Peter's name clearly visible beneath the crude cross for almost two years throughout her marriage to Alex Reid, it appears her new love, Leandro Penna, has inspired her to finally move on.

The 25-year-old Argentine model was by her side this month when she had the old tattoo - 'Pete' surrounded with hearts - covered for good.

Leandro introduced Katie to tattooist Mariano Antonio at the American Tattoo parlour, after he created Leandro's spiral design across his back in March - just a couple of weeks after he met Price at Elton John's post-Oscar party in Los Angeles.

Katie's new rose design sits atop the crown and tribute to daughter Princess that were already on her left wrist.

It's not the only tattoo that Price has. She also has a ribbon design around her right ankle hanging down over her foot and a bow on her lower back.

Peter Andre opted to have his own tribute to Katie removed by laser last year.

His tattoo was in a rather more symbolic place on his body - his wedding finger.

She has always gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure her appearance is never less than eye-catching.

But model Katie Price is demanding compensation from a top Los Angeles hair salon after she spent £11,000 on hair colourings and extensions that she claims were botched, leaving her hair so damaged it began falling out.

The 33-year-old is seeking a full refund plus compensation from Lea Journo, one of Hollywood’s most in-demand hairdressers, who has tended her hair three times a year since 2006.

Over the past five years it means Miss Price – who has built up a £40 million fortune from her business empire, which includes modelling, novels and an equestrian fashion range – has spent more than £150,000 on her hair.

Appointments with Parisian-born Miss Journo, who runs her own salon at the five-star Regent Beverly Wilshire hotel in LA and boasts a string of A-list Hollywood clients including Brad Pitt, start from £150 for a basic trim. A simple blow dry costs £100. Colour treatments and hair extensions start at £250.

Miss Price claims she made the 3,000-mile journey to LA to have her hair lightened from brunette to blonde and to have hair extensions applied at the salon in December. And in keeping with her position as one of Britain’s most well-publicised stars, she made sure she was followed every step of the way by a crew from her reality TV show, Katie.

Miss Price, who says she uses the salon because it is ‘the best’ for applying hair extensions, says she was told Miss Journo wasn’t available but was offered an appointment with another stylist instead.

Before starting, Miss Price, also known as glamour model Jordan, sought an assurance that such an extreme change in colour wouldn’t damage her hair. She says the salon told her there was no risk because the lightening method they used didn’t contain bleach.

But Miss Price, who spent 48 hours in the salon over five days and was worked on by a team of hairdressers, says she noticed problems after technicians began the colouring. She claims her hair became brittle and began snapping off half way through the treatment.

A source close to the twice-married star said she was assured there was nothing wrong and continued with the next stage of the process, attaching the extensions.

The intricate process involves human hair being attached strand by strand to existing hair.

Miss Price, who paid for the £11,000 cost of the treatment in full upon leaving the salon, says she felt discomfort almost immediately after the process was completed.

After arriving back in the UK, a week later she claims her hair began breaking off and the extensions were pulling her hair from the root.

A source said: ‘It looked fine once it had been blow dried but Katie said it felt uncomfortable and the extensions were tugging at the roots.

‘When she got back to the UK she got a hairdresser to look at the extensions who said they had been applied unevenly. Her hair was very weak from the colouring. It was brittle and broke off easily, leaving different parts different lengths. At the front there were bits that were only a few centimetres long. The damage will take a long time to repair.’

Miss Price says she was offered a 50 per cent refund and an invitation to return to have the work corrected. But she says that offer has since been retracted and she is seeking advice about getting her money back.

Yesterday Miss Price’s long-time ‘colour technician’ at the salon, Alexandra Thomas, said: ‘None of us had any idea who she was when she started coming here. She’s like Britain’s answer to Pamela Anderson but not as pretty or successful, right?
‘There was a big bust-up recently and Katie was making a stink.

‘I can’t really talk about it but let’s just say I don’t think she’ll be coming back. It doesn’t bother us and to be honest it’s a relief. We handle the biggest stars in Hollywood. She’s a nobody.’

Sources close to Miss Price say that since December she has spent £45,000 trying to rectify the damage.She claims to have had her hair checked by four independent hairdressers – including one from hair extensions company Great Lengths – who are prepared to corroborate her claims that the extensions were applied incorrectly.

A source added: ‘She is seeking reimbursement of the cost of the treatment plus compensation.’

But another source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said: ‘What is at issue here is that the hair was in poor condition when she came in. Miss Price had been to another hairdresser and she asked Lea to get it back to the condition it had been in. Lea had a team work with her over several days.

‘The problem came with the bill. My understanding is that she felt she was being charged too much but Lea turned down other clients and the team turned people away to do the work and try to satisfy the client. They couldn’t simply write it off.’

Katie Price’s Argentinian boyfriend didn’t go to his local florist though, and instead headed to a gardening centre in Surrey.

The green-fingered model appeared to have chosen a range of different flower pots, from pink to red to purple.

He also wheeled a selection of small trees over to his car before filling his boot with the flora and fauna.

Despite dressing down in casual shorts, a T-shirt and trainers, Leandro couldn’t hide his model good looks.

Leandro has apparently been preening her garden in time for the party, but perhaps his latest flowers are a surprise bunch for Katie.

She has apparently organised the dress-up part at her home and has invited some of her ex-boyfriends, but not her ex-husbands, the tabloid reported.

The Pricey is said to have invited Blue star Duncan James and Another Level singer Dane Bowers among 300 other guests.

And rumours circulated this week that the couple have had matching tattoos of the date that they met - but have not yet been spotted.

Katie Price might have toned down her make-up lately by opting for a more natural approach; however her hair still looks anything but.

The former glamour model flew out from Gatwick airport today and landed in Manchester with hair extensions that appeared to be pulling on her scalp.

She had a full head of extensions attached to the roots of her hair, which she piled into a large bun.

If she was trying to achieve a glamorous full head of big hair though, her attempt was unsuccessful and instead her barnet just looked painful.

Despite being without Mr Penna today, Jordan spent last night with her Latin lover for drinks and dinner.

Katie, was enjoying a night out with beau and her friend, makeup artist Gary Cockerill, in Soho and the group visited Balans bar in the area for the evening out.

Katie was dressed in a pair of tight jeans and wore an off-the-shoulder cream knitted jumper which emphasised her extremely dark tan.

She's admitted to being in love with him and just a day after Leandro Penna followed her back to the U.K. Katie Price has been spotted wearing a diamond ring on her engagement finger.

The glamour model flashed the rock at her book signing earlier today as he boyfriend Leandro proudly looked on.

The 26-year-old model jetted to be back by Katie’s side yesterday after the couple spent just three days apart.


Katie jetted back from Argentina on Tuesday night and shortly after returning from a trip to Leandro’s home town Katie,32, tweeted: ‘At least I can admit now I'm in love with leo and had been for along time but didn't want to say woo.’ (sic)

As she clutched her novel for a photocall Katie, who has been married twice, showed off a huge ring on her engagement finger.

But while she has only known Leandro for a matter of months she appeared to enjoy playing up the camera's with the rock and ensured she held her book in her left hand to get the ring in shot.

She wore a checked grey shirt over a white vest teamed with a pair of grey leggings, suede boots and she finished off the look with a black wide brimmed hat.

She's jumped out of a plane, gone sailing for flamingos, enjoyed a day at the polo and added another tattoo to her collection.

But all good things must come to an end, as Katie Price found as she said goodbye to Argentina - and her toyboy lover- and headed back home to the UK.

The glamour model was snapped arriving at Heathrow airport last night, after jetting in from her holiday in South America.


Leaving boyfriend Leandro Penna behind, Katie - and her stack of luggage - arrived in London and immediately headed off to her Surrey mansion.

And she will no doubt be looking forward to seeing her three children, who have been spending time with Peter Andre and his family in Cyprus.

Katie certainly looked happy to be home as she beamed for the cameras, despite her 13-hour flight from Buenos Aires.

Katie has been in South America for almost two weeks, visiting Leandro, 25, who introduced her to his family and showed her around.

The couple went sky-diving, took a romantic boat ride on Lake Chiquita, and spent a day watching the polo.

But it wasn't all fun and games as they were involved in a bad car crash, but luckily both walked away with nothing more than cuts and bruises.

Last Sunday, two horses died after the stallions ran into the road smashing into the 4X4 the couple were driving in, which left Katie, a big horse lover, feeling distraught.

Thankfully she only suffered cuts on her hands and a jarred neck after the incident, which happened at 1.30am around three miles from their hotel Estancia San Pedro Viejo in Argentina.

But the couple soon shook the incident off, and to show how much fun she had had in Argentina, Katie got inked with another tattoo to add to the five she already has.

Many visitors to Argentina end up going home with a traditional mate cup, tango music recordings or Che Guevara memorabilia.

But Katie Price decided to commemorate her romantic trip to her new boyfriend Leandro Penna's native country in a rather different way - by getting a new tattoo.

The glamour model, 32, opted to have another etching added to her inner left arm - alongside her older designs of a crown and her daughter's name 'Princess'.


Price also had her first husband Peter Andre's Christian name above the crown, but had a cross tattooed on top of it in soon after they split in 2009.

But as she posted a photo of herself apparently getting another tattoo in the same place - perhaps she is finally covering up all trace of her tribute to her ex.

Although she teased fans by announcing she had a new tattoo and posting a photo on her Twitter page, the glamour model declined to show fans what it looked like, preferring to wait a few days for the redness to subside.

She wrote: 'In the middle of having a new tattoo ...OMG it HURTS grrrr ahhhhhh.'

When one Twitter user asked the tattooist what design he etched on her skin, he replied: 'She's gonna show you in a few days!'

Price's new tattoo will be her sixth in total - she also has a ribbon around her right ankle hanging down over her foot and a bow on her lower back.

Her decision to get a sixth tattoo contradicts a claim she made last year that she was 'needle-phobic' while she described going through IVF with soon-to-be second ex-husband Alex Reid.

Antonio is the same tattooist who etched a spiral design across 25-year-old Penna's back in March - just a couple of weeks after he met Price at Elton John's post-Oscar party in Los Angeles.

She told fans she would be returning to the UK this week as she is due to sign some of her books at a WHSmith in Welwyn Garden City in Herts on Saturday.

She's been in Argentina since April 15 after just a week back in Britain following her initial trip to Buenos Aires, which lasted just four days.

During her trip, she's met Penna's parents Mercedes and Hector and enjoyed lots of sports, including sky-diving and horse-riding.

Last week, the couple narrowly avoided serious injury after their car crashed when two horses suddenly ran into the road.

Her spokesperson told MailOnline at the time: 'The accident was quite horrific and she was quite shaken up but after she visited the chapel she did get on a horse for five or ten minutes as they were horses at the hotel where they were staying.'

It is understood the mother-of-three suffered cuts on her hands and a jarred neck after the incident, which happened at 1.30am on April 23 around three miles from their hotel Estancia San Pedro Viejo in Cordoba.

And witnesses said the only reason she and the Argentine model survived the crash.

Meanwhile, Price's two youngest children Junior and Princess have been holidaying in Cyprus with their father, her ex-husband Peter Andre.

Katie Price Cheats Death In Horror Car Crash

British glamour model turned reality TV star, Katie Price, was involved in a horrific car crash Sunday.

The 32-year-old model was traveling with her boyfriend, Leandro Penna, 32, in the Argentinian countryside when two horses ran out in front of their SUV.

One horse hit the front of the car and flew over the hood smashing the window screen and causing extensive damage – the horse died on impact.

Price, an avid equestrian was reportedly shook up and was “distraught” over the death of the horse.

She told the UK’s Daily Mirror newspaper: “It was absolutely terrifying. It all happened in a flash and I have absolutely no idea how I wasn’t badly injured.

“I feel so lucky, but more than anything I’m just distraught about the horses. It was so upsetting.”

Katie Price was involved in a minor car accident as her driver hit a bollard when they were leaving from a London theatre.

The incident took place Thursday when the model's driver was trying to avoid a crowd of fans as she was leaving the Phoenix Theatre.

The silver BMW vehicle was left with damage to the front of the left passenger side and an unnamed young man was taken to hospital following the incident, but he is not thought to have suffered any serious injuries, femalefirst.co.uk reports.

Katie had to wait inside the venue and make arrangements for another car as police had to question the driver.

A split mind shot (half face out of frame), that specific type of infinite mirror cube room (anyone know the actual word/phrase for that?) I've also shown a number of times in music videos and such. Keep it up MTV! This is all just a twisted game (not that it shouldn't be taken seriously, for me there is nothing more real and serious than this), they know it.. I know it, the masses are incapable of making these 'crazy' connections (the fact that her name has two K's in it, so the fuck what?!
